Indefinite Leave to Remain. (UK Residency). Applicable to candidates who have completed 47 months of their 48 months work permit approved employment.

FLR (IED) Applications; 1-day passport processing for Endorsement. Of approved work permit extensions and transer of employment, one-to-one at Immigration & Nationality Directorate, East Croydon

Family Members into Line (Work Permit Dependents): Application for new babies, immediate relations, into line with parents/husband/wife current leave to remain.

Doctors, Dentists, Post Graduate Training: Initial grant of student visa or an extension of current student leave.

Doctors, Dentists - Clinically attached and undertaking PLAB (Professional and Linguistic Assessment Board) Training- Initial UK student visa or an extension of current leave to remain.

Exceptional Leave: Fast Track UK Visa extensions and applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain (UK Residency) after completion of qualifying periods ranging from 4, 5, 6, 7 years. Applicants need to confirm exact date of initial grant.

Ministers of Religion: Further leave to remain Visa extensions. Indefinite Leave to Remain. (UK Residency) for those who have completed 47 months of their 48 months approved Ministry.

Overseas Government employees: Work permit extensions and Indefinite Leave to remain, (UK Residency) for those who are employed by Consulates and Embassies throughout the UK and do not have Diplomatic Status.

Representatives of Overseas News Organizations: Official passport endorsement by the Authorities with application to extend leave to remain only.

Artists/Composers/Writers: Extensions of current leave to remain and Fast track applications for Indefinite Visa (UK Residency) upon completion of 47 months of 48 month qualifying period.

All Dependents of persons in each of the categories listed above can be brought in line fast track with principle leave to remain where permissible.

Personal Categories

If you are in one of the following categories we can fast track an extension of present leave to remain or where so stated Indefinite leave to Remain (UK Residency) applications.

Academic Visitors. For examples, post graduate researchers and privately financed persons researching for their own purposes - Extension of leave to remain only.

Adoptions. Only where candidate first entered the UK with correct Entry Clearance approval. Extensions only.

Au Pair. The Authorities will only permit such candidates a maximum leave of 2 years. Fast Track applications to extend up to this time limit only.

Domestic Servants. Current employment approval extensions and applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain (UK Residency) on completion of 47 months of 48 months UK employment.

Elderly Dependents. Those candidates aged 65 and over fast track extensions for further leave to remain or applications for Indefinite Visa (UK Residency).

Government Sponsored Organisations i.e. Tourist and Trade Information Centres, fast track extensions only.

Long Term Residents Concession. Candidates who have been resident in the UK for 10 years with or without formal leave to remain, Fast Track application for Indefinite Leave to Remain (UK Residency).

Marriage (1): Entry clearance with fiancé or fiancée visa. There is an initial grant after marriage and then indefinite Leave to Remain (UK Residency) on completion of minimum qualifying period.

Marriage (2): Entered with spouse entry clearance - Indefinite Leave to Remain (UK Residency).

Marriage (3): In country application- Initial grant then Indefinite Leave to remain (UK Residency) on completion of minimum qualifying period.

Recognised Refugees. Fast Track application for Indefinite Leave to Remain (UK Residency). For candidates formally granted asylum and refugee status in the UK and who have completed a minimum 47 months from date of initial grant.

Returning Residents. Candidates with valid entry clearance who are returning from abroad and who may have been outside the UK for more than 2 years, Fast Track application for Indefinite Leave to remain (UK Residency).

Seasonal Agricultural Workers: Overseas nationals granted a period of seasonal agricultural work in the UK Fast track Application to extend leave to remain.

Students and Student Nurses: Overseas candidates granted leave for academic studies/training in the UK Fast Track extensions for further leave to remain. Please see "all students".

ALL STUDENTS
On completion of unbroken leave in the UK for a period not less than 10 years Fast Track Application for Indefinite Leave to Remain (UK Residency).

UK Ancestry. Commonwealth Nationals only who can trace their ancestry to a British grandparent. Fast track initial grant of leave to remain and extension of further leave to remain at the appropriate period and application for Indefinite Visa (UK Residency) on completion of 47 months stay in the United Kingdom. Holiday periods abroad allowed.

Unmarried Partners. Overseas Nationals switching leave to remain based on a permanent relationship. Initial grant of leave to remain then Fast Track Application for Indefinite leave to remain, (UK Residency) after completion of qualifying period.

Visitors (1): Overseas Nationals granted a period of less than 6 months for tourism in the UK. Fast Track visa application to extend for a maximum of 6 months to ensure expedient passport return for further onward travel.

Visitors (2): For example, students who have completed their studies and are wishing to remain for a period in the UK, before returning abroad.

Visitors (3): Overseas Nationals who need to remain in the UK for urgent medical treatment. Fast track initial grant of further leave to remain and future extensions as may be necessary.

Voluntary Workers. Candidates granted approval to undertake work in the Voluntary sectors fast track application to extend leave to remain only.

Working Holiday Makers: Overseas nationals granted entry into the UK as recognised working holidaymakers. Fast Track extensions to complete maximum 2-year period only. Working Holiday leave is not extendible once 2-year period completed.
